SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
(Assigned to OVW, .GOV, and Water Grants)
The Overwatch Foundation is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the deployment of services within municipalities and critical infrastructure sectors of our region. You are responsible for the quality, cost, and timely delivery of the grant projects you are assigned and the internal functions of the Overwatch Foundation. In addition to governing the delivery, scheduling, and technical resourcing of the projects you are assigned, you are responsible for designing and implementing workflows that enable the team growth within the teams. You hold primary responsibility for planning and executing workflow, daily standup meetings, coordination, scheduling, and safe on-site delivery within the facilities we are contracted to protect.
In this role, you will be in person and virtually assisting Overwatch Staff and Grant Recipients across New Hampshire. You’ll have a primary office location in our Concord, NH, office in a hybrid capacity, as well as access to our Portsmouth office.
Job Duties:
Provide planning and execution tracking for all grant activities you are assigned.
Plan staffing levels, coverage, time off, onsite visits, and vendor interactions to support grant activities.
Develop effective project workflows in the tools assigned to coordinate and track technical activities and achieve quality control metrics assigned by the Regional Planner.
Create project plans and burn down charts for grant financials and delivery.
Enforce time tracking and report on effort as required by the Regional Planner.
Enforce company branding standards for equipment and clothing during on-site work.
Be available for on-site meetings and briefings with customers, government officials, and vendors.
Work with Technical Staff to recommend vendors and partners for approval of the Deputy Director and Regional Planner.
Onboard new vendors and partners by following our cybersecurity and vendor management processes.
Produce an accurate record of formal decisions and meetings between the Deputy Director and key stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining reporting requirements for our state and federal grant programs.
Provide weekly reports on the status of projects, key issues, needs, and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of successfully managing af complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana). Strong preference to having experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
Certified in Cybersecurity by ISC2 required (you will be required to pass this upon hire if not already complete)
Ability to pass a CJIS Level 4 Background Check and passing test score with NH State Police.
