Technology Partner Program

The Overwatch Foundation believes that no organization can combat the cyber threat posed by our adversaries alone. We invite local technology partners to strengthen and speed up the delivery of each of our grant programs within the regions in which they operate.  Submit the form below to apply to work with us to extend our reach through regional diversity (e.g., organizations with headquarters in more remote locations) or to enhance our technical depth to more efficiently deliver our solutions and serve our mission.


OVW Technology Partner Requirements

  • Maintain a total business revenue of at least $1,000,000 per year;

  • Register with, and remain in good standing in the State of New Hampshire;

  • Remain current on all tax obligations and have no tax liens;

  • Maintain a diverse workforce, with at least 20% of your workforce coming from underrepresented populations in the technology sector;

  • Pledge to match or beat all State Contract rates on software and hardware provided to Overwatch’s operations and grantees to maintain OVW’s “zero mark-up” promise;

  • Maintain a drug-free workplace, including clear drug screenings (federal 5 panel) for all employees providing work on any OVW program;

  • Any employee initiating work on an OVW program must pass a criminal background check and obtain an ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity certificate (or provide proof of a currently maintained higher level cybersecurity focused certification) within 90 days of the start of the relationship;

  • Maintain adequate business insurance in the amounts set by our State Contract, and an additional $2,000,000.00 in cyber insurance limits beyond the State Contract requirements;

  • Agree to and abide by Overwatch’s breach notification policies and directives;

  • Retain legal counsel or have an in-house staff attorney at all times.
